Cancellation policy

All purchases made through DESCO are final once an order has been processed.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We’ll do our best to help, but cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been prepared or shipped.

Because we are a small business operating out of NYC, orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
